Central Park Team Building
Learn the secrets of Fredrick Olmsted’s most celebrated
masterpiece. Teams solve a series of clues that lead to
interesting locations through the southern half of the park.
Each team will get a digital camera to take fun photographs
along the way.
City Hunt will customize a teambuilding adventure followed up
with a multi-media presentation at your final location. Our number one priority
with this hunt is to make it fun and keep participants smiling the whole
time. This picture will be built around
your
specific goals and company culture. We will break up the group
into teams of 4-6 people and send them on a multi-faceted Ultimate Adventure
through the Union Square area.
Testimonial: "I just wanted to take the time out to thank you
for such a great time yesterday. Keep doing what you're doing and I will continue to tell all my friends about the
great time we had. Take care and I'm looking forward to doing some more work with you in the future..."
-- Joannitte M. Rodriguez, National Basketball Association

City Hunt takes pride in creating complex urban adventures, turning you into
a detective for the day. City Hunt adventures are always customized to create a
unique experience for each and every one of our clients and may include:
CLUES - Knowledge in art, history, architecture, science or math could
easily help you find your next stop in your quest for the ultimate prize. And
you can get your clues in the most unexpected ways. Voicemail messages, cryptex
cases, CD-ROMs and bank deposit boxes have all been used in past hunts.
LOCATION - The City Hunt creative staff uses their expert knowledge
of New York City and its countless landmarks when they build adventures,
focusing on specific neighborhoods, parks and museums. Regardless of your
starting point, City Hunt will leave no stone unturned in the
quest to build the most exotic Central Park adventure possible.
DIGITAL CAMERA TASKS - At the beginning of every City Hunt event, each
team is given a digital camera and a list of images that they must capture to
obtain points. Some tasks are simple: "Take a photo of your team in front
of Broadway marquee"- while others are not. Teams may be asked, "Take a photo of your entire
team underwater" or even, "Take a photo of someone on your team being arrested".
While breaking the law or actually being arrested would obviously disqualify
your team from the hunt, many people have found creative ways to capture these
images, and have been awarded extra points at the end of the hunt for their out
of the box thinking. Following the event, City Hunt will upload your photos to a
private virtual photo album where all participants can download their photos and
remember the event for years to come.
GUIDED CHALLENGES - After solving each clue and finding the secret
locations, team members will meet a City Hunt staff member and try to complete a
challenge. Each team member must play an active role in these challenges.
GUIDES AND HELPLINE - City Hunt will provide at least two trained
guides to facilitate the Guided Challenges and assist teams throughout the
event. There will also be a phone line set up to help any lost or confused
teams.
AWARDS CEREMONY AND MULTIMEDIA PRESENTATION -
At the end of the hunt
all teams meet at a final destination for a wrap party where they celebrate
their adventures and discuss clue-solving secrets. Digital photos are shared,
and each participant's creativity is revealed.
